How do I disable NAT on the SBG-900?
It may be necessary to disable NAT if you are connecting a VoIP router to the Motorola SBG-900
Overview
Step 1: Access the Motorola SBG900
- Open a web browser.
- Type your Router IP Address
(preceded by http://) in the address bar of the browser, as shown below. Note: The Router IP Address
of your router is shown on the left side of this instruction screen. If you don't know it, you can try the default gateway
IP is which is 192.168.0.1
- You should see a pop-up style box prompting you for your username and password.
- Enter your username and password now. By default the username is admin, and the password is motorola. Click the Log In button to log in to your router.
- Go to LAN
> NAT Config
- Untick " Enable NAT"
- Apply changes
