Overview
Step 1: Remove Landline cable
Step 2: Access voicebox menu
Step 3: Enter reset code
Step 4: Enter password
Step 5: Success

Step 1: Remove Landline cable
  1. Find your ADSL filter and remove the landline cable from the SPA-3102 as shown below
  2. Dial the star key 4 times **** on the telephone handset connected into the SPA-3102
Step 2: Access voicebox menu
  1. Your should hear "Linksys Configuration Menu" and wait for the message to finish.
  2. Linksys will prompt for an option
Step 3: Enter reset code
  1. Dial 73738#
  2. You will be prompted for a ap
Step 4: Enter password
  1. Enter your 8 DIGIT reset code followed by the # key
  2. Press 1 to confirm
Step 5: Success
  1. It should say option successful after you have performed the reset correctly
  2. Hang up the phone to exit.
