Speedtouch 536 Series
- Click the Start button, then select Run.
- Type: telnet 10.0.0.138 then select OK
- (Where 10.0.0.138 is the I.P. address of your router, 10.0.0.138 is usually the default)
- It will come to a username and password – username: Administrator and press enter for password (there is no password)
- Type: connection unbind application=SIP port =5060 [enter]
- Type: saveall[enter]
- Type: system reboot [enter]
- Once the cursor goes to the next line, please take note of your Speed touch modem/router. The three lights will start flashing. This may take up to a minute.
- Check for the American dial tone by picking up your telephone receiver.
Other tips
- connection bindlist - checks the ALG's currently active.
- connection unbind - unbinds the ALG you need to remove.
- If you are experiencing 20 second dropouts with AAPT and your firmware
is 6.1.0.5 executing the unbind command will also fix that problem.
