Overview

Step 1: Access the Motorola SBG900
  1. Open a Web browser and enter 192.168.0.1
  2. Enter your username and password now. By default the username is admin, and the password is motorola. Click the Log In button to log in to your router.

Step 2: Reserve your SPA-3102 IP
  1. Go to LAN > DHCP Leases
  2. Check your current IP address . It should be 192.168.0.2, or 192.168.0.3. In this example it's 192.168.0.4
  3. Enter your SPA-3102 MAC address , the current IP address , and Host Name into the reserve IP fields
  4. Also click disable firewall
Step 3: Enable the DMZ
  1. Scroll back up and select " SPA" from the drop down menu, with your current reserved IP
  2. Click Apply
Step 4: Disabling the firewall
  1. In extreme cases you may need to disable the firewall completely.
  2. Go to Firewall
  3. Click None then Apply
