How do I configure the IINET Belkin F1PI210ENau to the engin network?

Overview

Packetman recommends you update the firmware to version 0.35 before joining engin.

Step 1:  Accessing your Belkin F1PI210ENau
  1. Go to your web browser and type 10.1.1.1
  2. Enter the password to access the configuration page of your modem. The default password is admin, and press login.
  3. Go to the VoIP tab
Step 2:  Port Settings

Go to Port Settings menu and enter the following information.
  • Phone Number: Your engin number. I.e.: 0280040000
  • Display Name: Your Name
  • SIP domain: byo.engin.com.au
  • SIP server: syd.byo.engin.com.au
  • Username: Your engin number. I.e.: 0280040000
  • Password: Your engin SIP password (not account password)




Step 3: Codec Options (VoIP advanced Setting)

Engin supports G711a and G729a. All the other options can be left at default.





Step 4:  SIP settings
  • SIP listen port: 5060
  • Proxy IP: byo.engin.com.au
  • Proxy Port: 5060
  • Registar IP: byo.engin.com.au
  • Registar port: 5060
  • Registration: 900
