How do I stop my oneHub handsets ringing when I receive a call on my landline number?

Overview

Step 1:  Log into Telnet
  1. In order to complete this fix, you will need to enter some commands into a Telnet session. Windows VISTA and Windows 7 users will need to enable telnet client if you haven't done so already.
    Windows Vista users click here for instructions
    Windows 7 users click here for instructions

  2. Windows XP users click Start > Run and type telnet '192.168.1.254' without the quotations into the Run box



  3. Windows Vista and Windows 7 users click Start and type 'telnet 192.168.1.254' without the quotations into the Search Box and press enter



  4. You will be presented with a black screen prompting you for a username. Type 'Administrator' (Case sensitive and without the quotations) and press Enter
  5. You will then be prompted for a password. There is no password by default, just press Enter
  6. You will then be presented with the Telnet home screen for the oneHub



Step 2: Apply Fix
  1. From the home screen, type voice fxoport config incfxodest none and press enter



  2. Type saveall



  3. Type system reboot and press enter.



  4. The oneHub will now reboot. Once all the lights return to normal, the PSTN passthrough will no longer ring on the oneHub handsets.
