I have an Optus supplied Speedstream 4200, how do I resolve 5:32 dropouts?

Overview

Step 1: Login to your Optus Supplied Speedstream 4200
  1. Start your web browser and type the private IP address of the Router in the URL field: 10.1.1.1
  2. After connecting to the device, you will be prompted to enter username and password. By default, the username is admin and the password is admin.
Step 2: Setup  Port forwarding Rule
  1. Go to Setup > Port Forwarding
  2. Select Protocol UDP
  3. Enter UDP port: 5070 and end port 5071
  4. Redirect the service to your voice IP address .
Step 3: Change SIP ports for LINE1 tab
  1. Go to Voice ->admin->advanced
  2. Go to LINE1
  3. Go SIP settings heading
  4. Enter SIP port 5070
  5. Enter SIP EXT port 5070

Step 4: Change SIP ports for PSTN tab
  1. Go to PSTN
  2. Go to SIP settings heading
  3. Enter SIP port 5071
  4. Enter SIP EXT port 5071
