Overview
Step 1: Opening the Counterpath Softphone
Step 2: Changing the dial plan
Step 3: Adjust according to locality

Step 1: Logging into the softphone
  1. Open  the softphone application
  2. Right click on the softphone and press SIP Account Settings



Step 2: Changing the dial plan
  1. Click Properties
  2. Go to Dialling Plan
Adjust dial plan according to the state you are in

Add any of these dial plans depending on your locality.
