How do I register additional handsets to my engin oneHub?

Step 1: Registering a New engin oneHub handset to your oneHub
Step 2: Registering a Used engin oneHub handset to your oneHub
Step 3: Registering a NON-oneHub (BYO) handset to your engin oneHub

Step 1:  Registering a New engin oneHub handset to your oneHub
  1. Insert the batteries and power on the handset
  2. You will see a message on the screen that says 'Please register your handset to the gateway'

  3. Press OK (you have 90 seconds to follow step 4. If you are unable to complete registration within this time, follow the used handset guide below)
  4. Press and hold the Wireless Association button on the back of the oneHub base station for 3 seconds (the phone light on the front of the oneHub will begin to flash).


  5. The handset will now connect.
Step 2:  Registering a Used engin oneHub handset to your oneHub
  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button and navigate to the Registration menu.
  2. Press OK
  3. Select Register Handset
  4. Press OK
  5. Select Base 1
  6. Press OK



  7. Press and hold the Wireless Association button on the back of the oneHub base station for 3 seconds (the phone light on the front of the oneHub will begin to flash).


  8. Press OK.
  9. You will be prompted for a System PIN (the default PIN is 0000)
  10. Enter PIN
  11. Press OK
  12. The handset will display 'Registering Handset, please wait'
  13. The handset will then confirm registration
Step 3:  Registering a NON-oneHub (BYO) handset to your engin oneHub
  1. ONLY DECT COMPLIANT AND GAP COMPATIBLE handsets can be registered to the oneHub
  2. The exact procedure for this will vary depending on the make and model of your handset. You may need to consult your owners manual for more specific instructions
  3. You will need to de-register the handset from its original base station. This is typically done by navigating to the handsets registration menu and selecting de-register (consult owners manual for specific instructions)
  4. Initiate the handsets registration process (consult owners manual)
  5. Press and hold the Wireless Association button on the back of the oneHub base station for 3 seconds (the phone light on the front of the oneHub will begin to flash).

  6. The handset may ask for a PIN. This is set to 0000 by default
