When prompted select 'Run'. The chat application will download automatically and remove itself once your chat session has ended.

In order for us to assist you better, the Technical Support Agent will be able to chat with you and also remotely access your PC.
By doing this, they can then access your router and voice adapter and configure them to work properly with the engin service.
