You acknowledge and agree that:
- Engin Ltd offers advance replacements as a complimentary service, at its sole discretion.
- The replacement unit will not be dispatched until your acceptance of these terms and conditions has been received.
- The advanced replacement will be issued to you in good faith on the basis your current unit is faulty but free from physical damage, liquid ingression and has not been subjected to misuse.
- The return of your faulty unit is required within 14 days of receiving the replacement unit. Failure to do so will result in a debit of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the unit against your nominated credit card without further/prior warning.
- Title of the replacement goods does not transfer to you until such time as Engin is in receipt of your faulty Voice Box/handset or you have been charged the RRP of the replacement unit.
IMPORTANT: Should you decide to decline the offer of a complimentary replacement unit, you will still remain liable for all charges relating to your account, including monthly service fees.
Return Information:
- Enclose the complete faulty kit, which includes: Voice Box/handset, Manual/User Guide, Ethernet cable, power adapter, telephone cable (RJ11) and original packaging.
- A pre-paid Australian Air Express (AAE) consignment slip will be posted to your Billing Address. When you receive this all you need to do is -
- Complete the Sender details
- Call AAE on 13 12 13 and quote your Con note number (found under the bar code on your consignment slip)
- Advise AAE that you will need a 3kg satchel
- Arrange a time that is convenient for you
- Please quote your name and account number with all returned goods.
Non Warranty Units:
Units damaged by liquid ingression (e.g. water damage) or physical damage are not covered by the manufacturers warranty and therefore will not be replaced.
